Smarty Arcade is a small, independent studio building free, ad-supported browser games that are actually fun to come back to — starting with Solitaire FactStack.
The idea started with a simple annoyance: most free online games are either bloated with intrusive ads or built to squeeze as much time out of you as possible. We wanted something different — a genuinely relaxing game you could play for five minutes or an hour, that also left you a little smarter than when you started.
That's where Rex the Fact Raccoon comes in. Rex hangs around the game board dropping myth-busting facts about history, science, and media literacy — the kind of "wait, is that actually true?" trivia that's fun to learn and even more fun to check. Every fact is written to be accurate and sourced, not just shareable.
Solitaire FactStack is free to play, supported by ads rather than subscriptions or paywalls. Rad Coins, the in-game currency, can be earned through play and spent on things like hints — never required, just a nice-to-have.
